Condannato a 16 anni Hasab Hussain, di 22 anni, pakistano; undici anni per Khalid Arslan di 26 anni, pakistano, e 16 anni per il turco Sami Fuat di 51 anni. Rispondono di favoreggiamento dell&#039;immigrazione clandestina e morte in conseguenza del favoreggiamento, assolti dall&#039;accusa di naufragio colposo.
