L&#039;Ucraina recentemente ha chiesto al Brasile di procedere all&#039;arresto di Putin, in caso di arrivo del presidente russo nel paese sudamericano. Il leader del Cremlino \u00e8 stato colpito da un mandato d\u2019arresto emesso l&#039;anno scorso dalla Corte penale internazionale.\u00a0Recentemente il ministro degli Esteri brasiliano, Mauro Vieira, ha ammesso che la magistratura potrebbe ordinare l&#039;arresto di Putin pur ammettendo che, per i capi di Stato, nel Brasile vige &quot;un&#039;immunit\u00e0&quot;. &quot;Io non posso limitare un giudice, n\u00e9 immaginare o indovinare cosa far\u00e0.
